Attached are the details regarding the Mother Earth Pavilion for July 17th and August 21st. I’ve placed a holder in our ballpark calendar for your events on these days.  To secure the space each day requires a deposit of $575 per day which pays for the first 25 attendees. Anything over that number will be included in the final invoices.  Please let me know a good time to email the agreement once you feel good about having 25 plus people for each day.  The final invoice will be sent closer to the event once the final numbers are confirmed.
